There are no refunds for oils of any size because you simply do not like it or doesn’t smell as you imagined it would or you ordered incorrectly. Our oils are considered a specialty item; for sanitary reasons, once a package has been received, we can no longer vouch for the contents.
To protect the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns. We cannot take products of any nature back and resell them; therefore, we do not accept product returns other than a mistake Scentable Selections may have made in shipping your order. We do not offer any type of product exchange or a credit on oils.
